We are members of the Jewellery Council of South Africa (JCSA) the jewellers’ ethics governing body assisting in client-merchant disputes. All client complaints are administered by means of official arbitration and legal recommendation. All reliable merchants should hold a valid membership with the JCSA to afford additional consumer protection.
